Cancellation & Refund Policy

Cancellation Policy

  • Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of purchase without incurring any cancellation charges.

  • To cancel an order, please contact our customer service team at contact@atver.in or call us at +91-7305874229 / 7305874230 with your order details.

  • Orders that have already been shipped cannot be cancelled. In such cases, please refer to our Cancellation and Returns Policy.

Refund Policy

  • Refunds will be issued for cancelled orders within 10 -14 business days from the date of cancellation.

  • Refunds will be processed using the same payment method used for the original transaction.

  • Shipping charges, if applicable, are non-refundable.
    In case of prepaid orders, the refund amount will be credited to the original payment method.

  • Please note that depending on your bank or financial institution, it may take additional time for the refund to reflect in your account.

Returns and Exchange Policy

  • We accept returns and exchanges only in case damaged products or a wrong product is received.

  • Items must be returned in their original condition, unworn, and with all tags attached.

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item received is damaged, defective, or incorrect.
    Refunds for returned items will be processed within 5-7 business days from the date of receipt of the returned product.

  • Exchanges are subject to product availability. If the requested item is out of stock, a refund or store credit will be issued.

Exceptions

  • Customized or personalized items are non-refundable unless they are defective or damaged.

  • Final sale and clearance items are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged.
